Flat rate. 5-20 business days after fulfillment

Express. 1-3 business days after fulfillment

USA:

Flat Rate. 3-4 business days after fulfillment

Express. 1-3 business days after fulfillment

Overnight. 1 business day after fulfillment

Canada:

3-5 business days after fulfillment

International shipping:

International shipments may have variety at each rate according to the country of destination. It will depend on factors such as product weight, colour variety, sizes and models.

We do not take responsibility for customized rates from each country.

Orders that never arrive:

If you never get your order, please contact us.

Check your sending information to make sure the address and data are correct.

If the direction is wrong, we'll send you the order back to the right direction, but it must be your responsibility and you must bear the costs of shipping.

If on the contrary, the address is correct, contact us at hello@ibelina.com with the order number. We will see as soon as possible what has happened and we will try to resolve the situation as best we can.

Products damaged during shipping:

Please send us a photo to verify the damaged goods to hello@ibelina.com, and we'll gladly send you another new product without any cost.

Missing shipments:

For packages lost by the road, all claims should always be sent before 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date But don't worry, we'll take care of the costs of reprinting and sending a replacement order.

First we need you to confirm that the sending address is the right one. It is also advisable to contact your local post office to try to locate the missing order first.

Note that if the follow-up information says that an order has been delivered, but you think you haven't received it, we won't be held responsible or sent back the order. In that case, all substitutions will have to run on your own.
